Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lugg pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original Lugg box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
